MODULAR CONSTRUCTIONS

Prefabricated modular buildings, assembled from one or more module units (mainly container units). Modular buildings are temporary structures, which can be installed without a foundation (mostly up to three floors), can be easily dismantled and transported to another place. They are made in various designs for any climatic conditions, meet all fire safety and sanitary requirements, have a heating and ventilation system, plumbing and electrical equipment.

A full set of building systems built into standard panels includes: doors, windows, heating and air conditioning systems, plumbing and electrical equipment, lighting systems, interior decoration. In this system, bolt junction of frames and modules are used to ensure structural rigidity. The unique technology of thermal insulation of the room provides comfort at low temperatures.

The assembly technology of modular buildings depends on the used modular units (container units). There are container units supplied in pre-fab ready-to-operate version and prefabricated and demountable container units supplied unassembled in packages for cost-effective transportation.

Technologies for the construction of modular buildings are united under the general name of Modular construction.

With the advent of new materials for the interior and exterior decoration of modules on the modern construction market, construction using modular technology is gradually replacing outdated methods of capital construction in the construction of low-rise buildings.

PRODUCTION AND ASSEMBLY OF STRUCTURES IN THE FACILITY:

  • Supporting structure fabrication and assembly;
  • External cladding. The frame is covered with sandwich panels (or other materials in accordance with the project) ;
  • Installation and insulation of the subceiling;
  • Installation and insulation of the subfloor;
  • Installation of external windows and doors.

Transportation of container units to the object:

  • Delivery to the place of assembly is carried out by freight transport, unloading of a container unit to a predetermined location with a foundation is carried out using a crane.

Installation and erection of structures at the construction site:

When assembling a modular building:

  • Modular units are installed on the foundation according to the project;
  • They are joined together — assembly and installation of the roof is performed;
  • nsulation and waterproofing of interunit joints;
  • Elements for installing the roof, as well as the body of the prefabricated building itself, are prepared in advance in the premises of the plant;
  • At the same time, double-glazed windows are inserted into the frames, electrical equipment is installed, doors are unlocked;
  • Installation of internal partitions and doors;
  • All necessary communication systems are connected and checked, including water supply, sewerage, power supply, etc.
  • If the customer wishes, external finishing of the modular unit is carried out;
  • The exterior trim is attached to a pre-assembled system of special fittings;
  • After completing all of the above listed works, the modular building is ready for full use and acceptance by the customer.

Advantages of modular construction:

  • The speed of construction is considered the most important advantage of such structures.A building of any size and difficulty can be built within a few days;
  • The total costs for the construction of buildings from modular blocks is several times lower compared to other types of construction of houses and temporary premises;
  • On request the comfort level of temporary housing can be very high. Without problems, modular houses can be provided with electricity and water supply, sewerage, ventilation and heating;
  • The safety of buildings is limited only by the conditions of correct installation. The height of modular houses can be up to three floors, and this does not affect their stability, including seismological stability;
  • The area and design of modular objects depends only on the wishes of the customer. Objects are mounted on absolutely any surface, the layout of buildings can have any shape, and the buildings themselves can be designed as you wish, both inside and outside.
